We have 4 simple steps to design your own bespoke garden room and aim to start on construction within 4 weeks of contact!

Either call the office or fill out our online contact form and we will arrange a convenient time to make a site visit – weekends are no problem!
⓶ Introduction + Site visit
We will come to the site to introduce ourselves and carry out an initial survey, explaining the benefits of our energy-efficient build specification and discuss your requirements to get an understanding of how you envisage your garden room to be. This is carried out free of charge.
⓷ Finalise Specifications
We will agree on the final finishes and designs and provide a no-obligation quotation. We are completely transparent with all costings enabling you to have a detailed quote and a final figure before your build starts.
⓸ The Build
Once started we aim to complete the build in 3 weeks. On completion, you will have your energy-efficient Low Carbon garden room complete with air tightness certificate and personalised build diary.

Low Carbon Rooms’ journey began in 2018 when an existing client asked us to build a garden office.
With our 20 years experience in the new build and energy compliance sector, we had a unique approach to this project. We questioned the efficiency of current garden buildings on the market.
As a result, we formed Low Carbon Rooms to put our experience to good use and provide energy-efficient garden rooms, resulting in low running costs and ultimately, low carbon emissions.
Low Carbon Rooms uses industry-leading industry-leading SIP panels to build our form Garden Rooms, allowing minimal heat loss and air leakage.
Coupled with A++ heating and cooling, our buildings provide a comfortable usable space all year round.
As a family-run business, we take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction and even provide a free airtightness test for every garden room we install to demonstrate how efficient our builds are.
Our team is well trained and experienced in all areas of construction, as well as in the advanced building of our Herts garden rooms.
Our service is individual, and we endeavour to build excellent relationships with our clients through clear and consistent contact throughout the project.
